Are walk-ins welcome, or is it reservation only?

Blue Ridge Bays is a reservation-only facility. To ensure the best experience and guarantee availability, all bay time must be booked in advance through our convenient online booking system, Your Golf Booking. Visit our How It Works page for instructions.

When are your simulators available to book?

Our Trackman simulators are available for booking during the following hours:

Sunday - Thursday: 6:00AM - 9:00PM

Friday & Saturday: 6:00AM - 10:00PM

How do I access the building after I book bay time?

After booking your bay time, you'll receive a unique door access code to enter the facility, along with a separate code to activate your reserved Trackman simulator. If you’ve included guests in your reservation, they must enter the building with you at the same time. For safety and security, our system monitors all entries to ensure only authorized guests are allowed inside.

How early can/should I arrive?

Your unique door access code will allow you to enter the facility up to 15 minutes before your reserved bay time. This gives you time to get settled, set up your clubs, and log into the Trackman simulator. Since Trackman offers a wide range of games, courses, and training features, we highly recommend downloading the Trackman app before your visit. The app allows you to create your personal profile and plan your session ahead of time, so you can make the most of your bay experience.

Do you offer club rentals? Are golf balls and tees provided?

At this time, we do not offer club rentals. All hourly guests and members are required to bring their own clubs. We provide Pro V1 and TaylorMade Speed Soft balls for you to use during your session if you’d like. However, we encourage you to bring your preferred brand for the most accurate experience. Please note: the balls provided are property of the facility and are not to be taken off-site. We provide tees designed specifically for our Trackman mats.

Is food or drink allowed inside?

Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and snacks are available for guests during their visit. Members and hourly guests are welcome to bring their own non-alcoholic beverage into the facility. Outside food is prohibited.

Drinks must be placed in the seating area outside the bay, as we ask that no drinks are brought into the bay itself.

What do I do once my bay session ends?

We kindly ask that you gather your personal belongings, dispose of any trash, and leave your bay area clean and ready for the next guest. To ensure a smooth experience for all users, please vacate the facility promptly at the end of your reserved session. Our facility is monitored by 24/7 video surveillance. Failure to leave in a timely manner will result in follow-up from management and could lead to suspension or termination of facility access. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful and efficient environment for all guests.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you’re unable to attend your reserved bay time, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Hourly Guests: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the reservation will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

What happens if I don’t use all of my membership hours for the month?

Unused hours do not roll over into the next month. All members have from the 1st of the month to the last day of the month to use their allotted simulator hours. At the end of each calendar month, your hours reset — regardless of when you signed up.
